Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Margarita arrives with professional equipment and eco-conscious, family-safe products. If you prefer specific products for stone, wood or delicate finishes, she is happy to use yours.
Who actually comes to clean?
Margarita. Not a company crew, not a rotating roster. She does every clean herself, learns how you like your home cared for, and the standard is the same on every visit.
Do you take a deposit?
For first-time cleans and move-outs, a small deposit by Zelle holds your date and comes off the final total. Send it to (657) 445-9561 (it will show as Ruth Ortega) and put the address of the home being cleaned in the memo so it is matched to your booking. Fully refundable with 48 hours' notice.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right at no charge. Margarita's reputation is built on referrals, so every home is treated as if a neighbor will hear about it.
