Good to know
Does the home need to be completely empty?
Empty is best, since cabinets, closets and floors can only be fully cleaned when nothing is in the way. If a few items are staying, say so when you request the date.
Can you work with my landlord or realtor directly?
Yes. Give Margarita their name and number and she will coordinate access and let them know when it is done.
What if the landlord finds something?
Tell Margarita within 24 hours and she will come back to put it right at no charge.
