What a regular visit covers
Every recurring visit works through the whole home, not just the rooms that look like they need it. Kitchens get counters, the stovetop, the outside of appliances, the sink and the floor. Bathrooms get the shower or tub, the toilet, the vanity, mirrors and the floor. Bedrooms and living areas are dusted high and low, surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, and beds made or linens changed if you leave them out.
Because it is Margarita at every visit, the small preferences stick: which products you want on the stone counters, the room the dog is not allowed in, the drawer the remote lives in. Nothing has to be re-explained to a new crew each time.

Weekly suits busy family homes, homes with pets, and anyone who entertains. Every two weeks is the most common choice for couples and professionals and keeps a home consistently guest-ready. Monthly works for tidy households and second homes, usually paired with a deep clean once or twice a year.

How the first visit works
A first recurring visit is usually quoted as a deep clean so the home starts from a proper baseline, then the regular visits maintain it. For larger homes Margarita does a quick complimentary walk-through first so the quote is accurate and there are no surprises.

Good to know
Do I need to be home during a recurring clean?
No. Most recurring clients give Margarita a key, a garage code or a lockbox after the first visit. She texts when she arrives and when she leaves.
Can I skip a week or change the day?
Yes. Text Margarita as early as you can and she will move you to another day that week or skip the visit.
What is not included in a regular visit?
Inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, grout and window tracks belong to a deep clean. They can be added to any visit if you ask ahead.
